Oxley Estate Winery is committed to managing its vineyards, gardens, restaurant, and buildings so that this fertile land and beautiful space will be here, healthy and unspoiled, for future generations to use and enjoy.
To do that, we are monitoring and reducing the water we use, monitoring and reducing the fuel used (our goal is 5% per year), strictly limiting the use of Roundup and other chemicals for weed control, planting a cover crop between the vineyard rows, using light weight bottles, and composting our food and garden waste to apply later to our vegetable garden and vineyards.
Both Oxley Estate Winery and its Farm are audited annually and have been certified as sustainable.
