Welcome to the crazy train of flavours in this Ripper vintage. Dried black cherry, mulberry, juicy red licorice, bitter chocolate, tobacco, earthy mushroom and cedar are all wrapped around the wonderful acidity of this wine. Wet gravel, black pepper, green olive, plum ... the train of flavours goes on and on with a long finish. Put on some Classic Rock and start the grill. Perfect with a Tomahawk steak and grilled mushrooms.

Bring back the Love for Merlot. Cheeky and drenched in colour, darkened fruit and fresh spice are cradled in soft silky tannins and finespun oak. A perfect companion with homemade pizza and Mediterranean dishes.

The deep ruby red and a powerful nose lure you in to investigate. One sip and you have a mouthful of smoky goodness ... blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries seasoned with pepper and cloves. Savour with a slow roasted beef pot roast and all the trimmings.

Where to start? ... A rustic mouthfeel with notes of dark fruit - plum and blackberry - followed by a tannic spice box backbone and lip-smacking aftertaste. Perfect glass of wine to enjoy with a fire-roasted red pepper and goat cheese pizza pie, layered with prosciutto and basil oil. 

This irresistible wine is alluring, savoury, and fruity with plumy, jammy mulberry, cherry, blackberry, a speck of white pepper and a hint of vanilla and chocolate. It is so tempting to pair this with a succulent chocolate lava cake. Yum!

The wait is over ... Cabernet Sauvignon is back in the barn. Intense dark plum in colour, terrific grip from mouthy tannins and flinty acidity. Black licorice, plum, dried oregano, and leather on the nose. Silky palate of sweet oak, blueberry jam, cracked pepper, and vanilla. Serve a glass to your guests with appetizers such as bacon wrapped blue cheese dates or savoury mushroom tarts. 

After twelve months in barrel, this Merlot is ready to come out and play. Its deep, dark fruits are enriched by a smooth, deep-seated tannic background. Tempting to enjoy with a pancetta and mushroom pasta.

This lovely wine conjures a Saskatoon berry, boysenberry, pomegranate and cherry tart, sprinkled with baking spices and black pepper, then baked over a cedar fire. It has a strikingly long finish to savour and would be heaven with a Saskatoon Berry Butter Tast. Just saying!

Wow! If the cedar cigar box doesn't punch you in the nose, then the beefy, leathery tannins will bite your tongue. Tobacco stained, intoxicating, rustic flavours of cedar, aged leather, spiced plum, black currant, smoky fig, cocoa powder, freshly cracked black pepper, and violet with a deep-rooted finish. It will definitely hold its own with a savoury meal of blue cheese encrusted beef tenderloin and garlic/horseradish mashed potatoes.

Cozy, savoury with shades of maroon, this wine makes you want to have a BBQ. Profound nose with smoky cedar, green peppercorn, black cardamon, black cured olive, blackberry, black raspberry, and eucalyptus. The palate delivers impactful dark fruit layers, fresh cracked pepper, cinnamon and smoky, leathery bacon. Grill up a ribeye, portabella burger with smoked gouda on top.
