Looks are deceiving ... deep blush rosé with a scent of rose petals, cherry and white pepper. The palate is packed with tight-laced layers of sour cherry, red currant and pomegranate. A dry wine in sweet clothes ... bright acidity and mineral driven.
Millie catches your eye immediately with its lovely pale salmon colour, then draws you in with a touch of grapefruit and orange zest. Crisp LENS acidity strikes on the palate, but is quickly tamed by a touch of sweetness. On the finish Millie has lovely cherry and strawberry.
